Q. HOW DO I DOWNLOAD AN ITEM?

Under the image of each item is a link that says download here. Click on the link to automatically download the pdf file. It will open in a new tab. You can then save or print the file.

Q. WHAT PROGRAM SHOULD I OPEN THE FILES IN?

The pdf files open best using Adobe Reader. You can download a copy of the software for free here.

Q. SHOULD I SAVE THE FILES TO MY COMPUTER?

As long as you are a member, you will have access to all Current and Previous Collections as well as the Gallery so you should not need to save files. However, if you prefer, you are welcome to save any downloaded item to your computer.

Q. DO YOU HAVE PAPER AND PRINTER RECOMMENDATIONS?

Quality printing and paper make all the difference! See our favorite sources for printers, card stock, envelopes and more here.

Q. CAN I HAVE THE FILES PROFESSIONALLY PRINTED?

Absolutely. Most office stores will print for a nominal cost. Try your local Staples, Office Depot or Kinkos, or search for a small local print shop. If you prefer your monthly collections professionally printed and delivered, be sure to check out the Paper Works Print and Print Plus options.

Q. WHEN DOES THE NEXT COLLECTION COME OUT?

New monthly collections are released on the 15th of the month. All current digital and print subscribers will have access to the entire collection on the Current Collection page as well as access to the Previous Collection. At the end of the cycle, most items from the collection will be added to the Gallery.

Q. HOW MANY ITEMS CAN I DOWNLOAD FROM THE GALLERY?

As long as you are an active subscriber, the Gallery is a design resource you are free to use at any time! Choose your favorites, download and print as often as you like.

Q. HOW DO I SAVE THE DESKTOP OR PHONE WALLPAPERS?

Log in to your account from a computer to download the zip file in the wallpaper design of your choice (you can find all the designs in the GALLERY under WALLPAPERS). Next, unzip the file to separate the four jpeg files: desktop, ipad, iphone5 and iphone6.

To set as your iphone background, you can airdrop or email the image to yourself, then open from your phone. Save the image to your image library. Next, open your image library, select the wallpaper image and click the box with the arrow in it (on the bottom left of your screen). This will bring up options – you want to click ‘Use As Wallpaper’.

Q. HOW LONG IS THE SUBSCRIPTION?

When you subscribe, you will have instant access to all digital files. There is no set length for your membership and no contracts. You are free to upgrade, downgrade or cancel your subscription at any time.

Q. HOW DO I UPGRADE/DOWNGRADE/CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

You can change your subscription type at any time. Click on the My Account tab to upgrade/downgrade as desired. Once you cancel, you will no longer have access to the Gallery.

Q. HOW DO I CHANGE MY BILLING INFORMATION OR UPDATE MY CREDIT CARD?

To change billing, shipping or credit card info, click on the My Account tab and update as needed.

Q. WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?

Billing is done on a 30 day cycle. If you join on the 2nd, you will be billed the following month on the 2nd, and so on.

Q. WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?

We want you to be perfectly satisfied with you subscription! If your package arrives damaged or unsatisfactory, please contact us within 30 days for a replacement or refund. Refunds will not be offered on digital subscriptions. Read the full refund policy here.

Q. CAN I SEND A GIFT SUBSCRIPTION?

Yes and your friend/daughter/sister/teacher will love you for it! Purchase a gift certificate in any amount and you’ll be able to send a personal message to the lucky recipient during checkout.

Q. CAN I PURCHASE JUST THIS MONTH’S COLLECTION?

Sure! You’ll need to sign up for the subscription and you are welcome to cancel at any time.

Q. WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE SHIP?

All Paper Works Print and Print Plus packages are shipped between the 16th and 20th of the month. You should receive your package in plenty of time to prepare for the month ahead!
